Royal Dirkzwager has been acquired by PMG Ventures. With this, a restart has been realized.

Media company ProMedia is established in Rotterdam, and they are specialized in ports, transport and logistics. Known brands are: Schuttevaer, Nieuwsblad Transport and the Belgium Flows.

ProMedia takes over all products, 17 of the 21 employees and 6 vacancies. This guarantees the service our customers purchase from us, and it will be continued. ProMedia has ambitious plans and is keen to invest in people and resources.
