With Royal Dirkzwager´s Telephone Attendance service your telephone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We are able to handle your first line service calls, telephone overflow or accept the telephone when you are not at the office, small administrative work based on maritime systems and call intake and dispatch of service man (business to business).

 

In case the question(s) asked by the caller can be answered by Dirkzwager´s marine staff, the call will not be transferred but will be directly processed by Royal Dirkzwager. In case of inability of answering the question, the call will be transferred to one of your employees. This will reduce the telephone related work load for your man on duty.
